Total Management Fee: 8.25% of weekly rent Including GST
Letting Fee: Equivalent to one weeks rent Including GST
Negotiation/Renewal Fee: No Cost
Administration/Petties: No Cost
Bank fees/Charges: No Cost

Ross has been a local to the Highfields Community for over 38 years offering a wealth of knowledge of the Highfields & Toowoomba area.
Ross achieves outstanding results and is passionately committed to communicate with his community and clients, making him your ideal representative for all your real estate matters.
Tara is a born and raised Highfields girl with a wealth of knowledge on the Highfields & Toowoomba area along with 7 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. She is our go-to woman for any question regarding Sales, Property Management or Marketing.
